
According to WISH TV, Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi says the teen could face 104 year to 117 years in prison if a court finds the shootings were gang-related.
According to WISH TV, accused downtown shooter, Shamus Patton could face 100+ years in prision for his participation in nine people getting injured during a shooting, July17th.
He face 14 counts of criminal charges including, aggravated battery (Class B Felony), Battery (Class C Felony), 8 counts of Criminal recklessness (Class C Felony), 2 counts of Criminal gang activity (Class D Felony), carrying a handgun without a license (Class A Misdemeanor), and One count of dangerous possession of a fire arm (Class A Misdemeanor).

A not guilty plea was entered on Patton’s behalf. His bond was previously set at $250,000.
