X is currently locked up in Phoenix, Arizona for violating probation by failing a drug test and is expected to remain behind bars for the next 6-months.

Pinsky had offered DMX acceptance into his clinic in California and record his progression during the show.

TMZ reports that according to a rep for the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona, the judge rejected the rapper’s petition for one reason — he’s already doing really well in the Arizona court-appointed substance abuse program, which ends early in July.

After that, the judge says, DMX can pursue treatment at Dr. Drew’s facility — but by then, taping will already have begun for “Celeb Rehab” and X will have missed his chance.

TMZ.com reports that the rapper, whose   real name is Jauquin Malphurs, is locked up on a probation violation. 

Authorities say he violated his probation by leaving Georgia, where he’s been on probation since he was caught in possession of a sawed-off shotgun.  For now, Waka will be staying in Houston County Jail until he appears in court.  His single, “O Let’s Do It,” is climbing the charts and is one of Billboard’s biggest chart gainers for both radio airplay and record sales this week.  The song has already been remixed by Diddy and Rick Ross.

Weezy was supposed to go to prison last month, but was able to get his sentencing date pushed back so he can receive dental surgery. Then last week he was supposed to go in, but there was a fire in his courthouse while Wayne was on his way there, so there was another delay.

But Lil Wayne will finally be sentenced today, as planned when he pleaded guilty in October to attempted criminal possession of a weapon. He admitted illegally having a loaded .40-caliber semiautomatic gun on his tour bus in July 2007.

Although Lil Wayne will be unavailable from the music scene for a while, him and his Young Money crew have prepared accordingly. He’ s shot a whole bunch of videos, and has tons of music available for release while he’s gone. He’s also got a Twitter set up also, so his internet presence is felt.

Don’t be upset for Lil Wayne though, his Young Money crew is relocating to New York to be closer to the boss man, and Wayne will be able to get visits so he won’t be too lonely.

TMZ.com reports that the singer’s personal trainer, Cindy Percival, is suing Rihanna for over 26-thousand-dollars in unpaid wages.  Percival filed a lawsuit asking for that amount of money last week in Los Angeles County Superior Court. 

That hefty amount breaks down into a fee of 15-hundred-dollars a day for personal training sessions that took place over two weeks in September and October of 2009.  Percival also wants more than two-thousand-dollars in travel expenses for trekking to Europe to train Rihanna there. 

Rihanna was the subject of numerous headlines last year after she was beaten by singer and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

According to TMZ.com, the Queensbridge Emcee now owes more than three-million-365-thousand-dollars in back taxes. 

Back in October, the IRS filed a tax lien on Nas for more than two-million-584-thousand-dollars.  Nas’ financial troubles only got worse last week when a judge ordered the rapper to pay his ex-wife, Kelis, 200-thousand-dollars in back child and spousal support.  TMZ is citing sources who claim that Nas doesn’t understand that he could face jail time if he neglects to pay his child support. 

Nas recently made 50-thousand-dollars during a performance at the Sundance Film Festival.  Insiders allege, however, that he blew through the money before he left town.

TMZ is also reporting that Nas has been sending e-mails to Kelis telling her that he wants her back, and letting her know where to fly if she wants to meet up.

The singer can be seen in a video on TMZ.com getting a lapdance from a little person at a private residence.  EOnline.com reports that Kemp organized the small, intimate birthday bash for the 22-year-old singer and saw to it that party goers were supplied with Sprinkles Cupcakes, Ace of Spades Champagne, Johnny Walker Blue, and Jamaican food.  The birthday cake Kemp brought out was covered in replicas of Rihanna’s tattoos.  His birthday gift to her was a custom-made diamond necklace. 

Kemp and Rihanna reportedly took a group of 30 friends out Friday night on a party bus to the new Scottsdale nightclub Revolver, celebrated her birthday Saturday night, and then rounded out the weekend with a Sunday brunch.  Kemp plays center field for the Dodgers and the team is training right now at the Camelback Ranch ballpark facility in nearby Glendale, Arizona.

TMZ.com is reporting that Geragos provided proof to Judge Patricia Schnegg that Brown has performed 32 days of hard labor in his home state of Virginia. Geragos also confirmed that the “Crawl” singer has attended 17 of the 52 required domestic violence classes. The police chief in Richmond, Virginia also provided a letter stating that Brown was doing a good job with his court ordered duties. Judge Schnegg granted Brown permission to travel out of the country provided he gets her permission.

On Thursday, the pop star was given the green light to participate in shows outside of the U.S. on May 18th and June 27th. Chris Brown is due back in court for another progress hearing on May 11th.

Chris Brown’s legal issues stem from his arrest on February 8, 2009 when he assaulted his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault last summer.

He was sentenced to five years of probation and 180 days of community labor.
