“We have good reason to believe that this favorable result was reached because of the proactive and assertive approach taken to protect T.I.’s rights by providing B.O.P. officials and the media with reliable and accurate information and that T.I. did not intend to violate his transfer furlough or any other B.O.P. rules en route from the prison facility in Arkansas to the halfway house in Atlanta.”

The lawyer also added that,

“T.I. will be released from custody on Sept. 29, and then will be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office for a period of 1 year.”

Let’s hope that nothing else goes wrong and the King can get home by the end of the month.

Tiny reportedly believes her incarcerated husband is being targeted because he is a rapper.

Tiny tells TMZ:

“It’s important for the world to know how unfair he’s being treated on such minor charges… all because he’s T.I.,” Cottle said.

“There are way more dangerous and carefee [celebrities] that get slapped on the wrist and sent on their way,”

“Our family needs [him] … and because of someone’s personal vendetta against him, we have to watch our kids’ sad faces everyday when he still doesn’t show up at home.”

T.I. was released from prison on August 31st, but the rapper was returned back to prison because he was discussing business with VH1 producers about an upcoming reality show while being transported from an Arkansas penitentiary to a Atlanta halfway house.

Tip is now scheduled to be released on September 29th.

Now first and foremost I wont be like most publications and bash DMX and talk about how unstable he is for society…because I just don’t think that’s 100 percent true. DMX is one of the most popular and successful rappers of the 90′s! He dropped 2 albums in 1998 that literally changed the mood and temperature in hip-hop..He had the biggest movement (Ruff Ryders) and they really made you think…”Man…maybe we will be alright with B.I.G and Pac gone”…at least that’s how I felt! So I cant believe some of the stuff that happens to him is even reality! Let’s look at some facts.

In March 2000, he was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, speeding, failure to signal, driving without a license, failure to notify the DMV of an address change, and possession of marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy, and Percocet while driving on New York State Route 33 in Cheektowaga, New York, following a concert in Buffalo, New York

* In 2002, he pled guilty to animal cruelty for having 13 neglected pit bulls in his possession.

On December 24, 2002, DMX, born Earl Simmons, was charged with unsafe lane changing, failure to signal and possession of a forged instrument.
* In June 2003, he was arrested for using indecent language during a performance at St Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean.
* In June 2004, he was arrested at JFK airport on charges of cocaine possession, criminal impersonation, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal mischief, menacing, and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol while attempting to carjack a vehicle claiming to be a federal agent.
* In April 2005, Simmons was arrested in The Bronx for driving with a suspended license after his car crashed into a police cruiser. He opened fire on the cruiser before speeding off and crashing into a telephone pole.

* In May 2006, Simmons was arrested at a London airport for causing a disturbance after he refused to put on a seat belt and became abusive on a flight from New York to London. He was released with a caution

* In October 2006, Simmons was arrested in Boston after severly injuring 4 armed men just hours after Monster Jam. The chrages were dropped after it was discovered he was acting in self defense.
On February 2, 2007 he was arrested for driving on an expired license charge, and scheduled an appearance in a Yonkers courtroom on March 6, 2007 on that and other minor infractions.
* On 23 July 2007 Simmons was stopped by police after trying to get away on an illegal motorbike without a license and drunk.
* On 31 July 2007 Simmons was stopped by police for driving an illegal motorbike and he has been reported for driving without a license and without insurance.
* On 24 Aug 2007 Acting upon an animal cruelty tip, Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies reported to having removed 12 emaciated pit bulls from Simmon’s Cave Creek home. None of these dogs had access to food or water. Deputies also found the bodies of 13 dead dogs. Simmons was not at home when the raid occurred. Sources reported the deputies also removed a large cache of weapons in addition to drug paraphernalia and a large quantity of suspected drugs. At this time, DMX has not been charged with animal cruelty.

On December 30, 2008, DMX had pleaded guilty to charges of drug possession, theft, and animal cruelty and was sentenced to 90 days in jail on January 31, 2009.
On May 22, 2009, DMX entered a plea agreement/change of plea, pleading guilty to attempted aggravated assault.
DMX was released from jail early on July 6, 2010, after serving four out of six months for violating drug probation. A television pilot was filmed about his road to recovery that very day, but following his arrest three weeks later, the series was not picked up.
On July 27, 2010, DMX turned himself in to Los Angeles Metropolitan Court for a reckless driving charge he received in 2002, and was sent to Jail for 90 days

On November 19, 2010, DMX was again arrested in Maricopa County, Arizona for violating his probation by using drugs. He served a full year term for the crime.
On December 20, 2010, DMX was moved to the Mental Health Unit of the Arizona State Prison. DMX was released from prison at 07:00 a.m. on July 18, 2011.
DMX was arrested again on August 24, 2011 for speeding (102 in a 65), reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license.

DANG X!!!! FOR REAL CUZ??? Keep in mind this is JUST 2000-NOW! DMX is 40 years old and if you have watched ANYTHING on him you know he’s been going to jail since the 80′s!!! I really just dont get it. Would leaving Arizona, getting a driver and staying out of the gun store really solve his problems? Have the drugs really made him the monster in the media? Now money doesnt solve all problems but in some cases it can make it worse! He can afford to get himself in and out of trouble..maybe that’s the problem!

End of the day, this man has kids to raise and it appears he needs a stronger and more stern team around him. I’m hurt for my man X. His legacy is really being over shadowed by his negative media attention..and that’s no good. He’s done just as much on the “Great side of things” but what the majority will remember…wont be pretty. What up world? This will be my last message from Forrest City. Just reaching out and sending my love, respect and appreciation to all who have been ridin’ with me throughout this chapter in my life and not just recently but since all the things started happening one after another back in ’06. From Big Phil’s murder to my beautiful little angel Leiah being called home to heaven, to my arrest in ’07, the 1st prison sentence in ’09, to this last journey that I’m nearing the end of. A lot of people who are aware of all that has happened to me in my life say that there aren’t many men who could have endured and withstood so much pain, pressure and turmoil while managing to remain sane and keep their wits about them.

I must say that I wouldn’t have been able to do so without God’s grace and having a strong support system behind me every step of the way. So often we spend time acknowledging the presence of “haters” and all the negativity they send our way but we don’t take the time to acknowledge and appreciate all the ones who love and support us and supply us with the positive energy we need to overcome. We complain about the pain so much that we don’t even notice how much stronger, wiser and better of a person the suffering has allowed us to become. I heard Pac say once “To live is to suffer and to survive is to find meaning in that suffering.” I later found out it came from an author by the name of Friedrich Nietzsche. When I heard Pac say that it was just some hard shit to hear your favorite rapper say before he kicked a verse.

Now that I’ve gone through it and grown from it those words have a real true meaning to me. I know this won’t be my last battle with adversity but it has truly prepared me for whatever else may come in the future. For that also I’m thankful. Now it goes without saying that I hate I had to come back to prison for these 10 months but I am truly grateful for the knowledge, growth and understanding I’ve received from the experience.

Next time you hear from me I’ll be back out there with you. Doing for those who can’t do for themselves and speaking for those whose voices are never heard. When I touch down, I’m going all the way back to square one, like I’m fresh in the game and never sold a record. After serving an eight month prison sentence for violating his probation, rapper DMX is out of jail and ready to get back to work and planning to release his seventh album this fall.

“I’m gonna take it coast to coast, from New York to California,” X says of his album in a press release.

Along with a new album, the rapper is also planning a reality TV show with this family to be called “X-tended Family.”

While the show is still only in conceptual form, X plans to focus on his life as an artist as well as a father in the show.

He plans to unite his 10 children and bring them together for the first time during his reality show.

The troubled rapper was scheduled to be released tomorrow from a seven month bid for parole violations.

DMX was caught sneaking drugs into Yuma state prison and law enforcement officials told TMZ, the rapper broke several rules in prison since January.

Walter E. Ellis, 50, was convicted last week after he pleaded no contest to charges of first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree murder, which carry a mandatory sentence of life in prison.

Judge Dennis Cimpl had the option of allowing the possibility of parole but declined. He sentenced Ellis to seven consecutive life sentences.

The sentencing brings a close to a killing spree that began in 1986. The subsequent investigations eventually led to a complete review of how the state maintains its DNA database.

All seven victims were strangled, either manually or with a rope or clothing tied around their necks. One was also stabbed.

Ellis was arrested in 2009 after police said his DNA matched semen samples found on six victims and a blood sample on a can of pepper spray found at the scene of the seventh slaying. Authorities have said they began to focus on Ellis after his name surfaced in connection with a number of unsolved homicides.

Ellis’ case exposed flaws in the state’s process for collecting DNA from convicted felons. Ellis’ DNA was missing from a state database even though he should have submitted a sample during an earlier prison stint. Authorities said Ellis had a fellow inmate submit a DNA sample in his place.

Police have said that if the sample had been taken at that time, they may have been able to track Ellis down before the last slaying, in 2007.

The discovery prompted a state audit, which found nearly 17,700 offender samples missing from the crime lab’s database.
