Will Smith is gearing up for the release of Concussion, which is about Nigerian doctor Bennet Omalu, who confronts the National Football League for head trauma dangers amongst players. He shared his hesitancy to take the role with Variety, explaining, “I got the call from Ridley and he said, ‘I’ve got a gift for you,’ And he sent me Concussion.
