According to a report via the BBC Swahili the raid revealed human heads which were still dripping with blood inside plastic bags.
The tip off came after a local priest ate at the restaurant and became alarmed by the price of the meals at the outlet.
Presented with a bill of 700 Naira around $3.50 USD when the daily wage for tens of million of Nigerians is approximately a dollar a day the priest questioned the cost of his meal.
Told the priest via the osundefender: ‘The attendant noticed my reaction and told me it was the small piece of meat I had eaten that made the bill scale that high.
‘I did not know I had been served with human meat, and that it was that expensive.’
Police also found a cache of weapons including grenades in connection to the raid.
