Police begin drunk driving crackdown Monday

Michigan State Police will begin their spring drunk driving crackdown Monday.

2 shootings take place within minutes 2 miles apart in Detroit

Two men were killed within two miles of each other Sunday.

The first shooting happened on Omira Street. Minutes later, another man was killed on Winchester near Derby.

Police said one of those men was driving when he was targeted. The victim’s was found dead in his car after it crashed into a tree.

I-94 reopens in Dearborn following tanker explosion Wednesday

The eastbound lanes of Interstate-94 in Dearborn are back open to traffic again.

All lanes have been repaired and fixed according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.

The highway had been closed for nearly 3 days. The fire happened Wednesday and took firefighters hours to get under control.
