Fans have been anticipating Ne-Yo’s sixth studio album, Non-Fiction, since he announced the release back in May. After a few delays, the singer has revealed the album’s official release date for his first album in two years which will be released in the U.S. on January 27, 2015 by Motown Records/Compound Entertainment.
As its title suggests, every song on Non-Fiction is derived from a true story. Some are Ne-Yo’s own personal tales while others were submitted by fans on social-media platforms like Twitter and Instagram.
On Tuesday Morning, Ne-Yo took the time to chat with The Morning Heat about his upcoming album, Non-Fiction which features with some of the most talented names in music today, including Juicy J is featured on the new single, “She Knows.” Not to mention, other featured artists like Candice, David Guetta, Jeezy, Charisse Mills, Schoolboy Q, Pitbull, T.I and more! Besides his upcoming album, Ne-Yo also discussed his love life and his upcoming holiday plans with his family and much more!

The pre-order for Non-Fiction has officially launched. Fans who pre-order Non-Fiction on iTunes, Google Play or Amazon will instantly receive “She Knows” feat. Juicy J, “Money Can’t Buy” feat. Jeezy and “Religious.” Non-Fiction will be available in standard and deluxe configurations. The iTunes and Target editions of the deluxe album will each contain two additional tracks exclusive to those retailers.
