Lil Durk & Dej Loaf Spark Dating Rumors Over Heart-Filled Tweets
“Try Me” rapper Dej Loaf is one of the hottest artists on the scene right now, and she’s getting love from all the rappers, including Lil Durk. The Detroit emcee reached out to Durk on Twitter with a message that read, “What you do to me,” with a love face emoji.
The “Want It All Rapper” shot back with a sweet message of his own, which featured the kissing emoji and the “100” sign. Their messages caught the attention of a lot of fans who were eager to put the two rappers together as a couple.
Lil Wayne Was Spotted With His Other Girlfriend Dhea This Weekend
Although Lil Wayne attended the ESPYs with Christina Milian, who also threw him a surprise birthday bash last month and shaved TNT (Tina Turn Up N’ Tunechi) in the back of her head, it looks as though he’s still dating Dhea Sodano as well. Last night, Weezy and Dhea were spotted taking in the New Orleans Saints vs. Green Bay Packers football game together. While Wayne reportedly flew the model out for his birthday last month, this is the first time the two have been seen together since July 4th, when Wayne spent the holiday. Judging by the timeline of things, either Lil Wayne’s relationship with Christina Milian is all for publicity, or he’s double dipping!
Remember, word of Christina and her ex Jas Prince’s broken engagement first hit the net on June 20th. She claimed he had cheated. On June 30th, less than two weeks later ,Milian was spotted leaving a BET Awards after party with Wayne. On July 4th however, Mr. Carter spent Independence Day with Dhea and her family. On July 16, Lil Wayne and Christina went public by attending the 2014 ESPYs hand in hand and they began being spotted out on dates. Eventually, Christina Milian claimed him as her man.
Just last week, Lil Wayne defended Christina Milian and folks hating on their relationship, in the song, “Take Kare” and days later, he’s out with Dhea at the Saints football game. Meanwhile, Christina was spotted this weekend just chilling in LA with her adorable daughter Violet. And she Instagrammed some flowers that contained the message ‘Just Bekuz’ which may have been from Lil Wayne.
Porsha Williams Shades Kenya Moore Over Claims Of Keeping Her Relevant
Porsha Williams had some shade for Kenya Moore after some particularly self-centered thoughts on Porsha’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta” demotion. It seems that Kenya may be under the impression that she played a part in knocking Porsha from being peach-holding member of the cast to supporting role.
“Um, honestly I don’t have any thoughts about it,” Kenya said at first, but she immediately proved herself wrong. It only took Kenya a moment to come up with some more thoughts on Porsha’s unceremonious demotion and share them with Enstarz.
As Kenya sees it, her feud with Porsha gave the “RHOA” divorcee a few more moments of relevance after their nasty brawl at the season 6 reunion.
“It’s just that I’ve made people relevant on this show for negative occurrences and I’m just not doing that any more,” Kenya stated, implying that her decision not to expend any more energy on the matter may be linked to Bravo producers bumping Porsha from the central cast. “I think people need to stand on their own two feet and not ride my coattails, and you see when they don’t ride my coattails, they don’t get very far.”
Porsha didn’t seem bothered. She simply questioned whether Kenya really had any coat tails for her to ride. Porsha was absolutely baffled by the assumption that Kenya believes she was trying to use her to secure her status for another cycle of “RHOA.”
Under normal circumstances, a nasty fight might have been enough to save Porsha’s spot as a full-fledged housewife. While that didn’t hold true this time, Porsha still doesn’t see how Kenya has enough going on in her life to give anyone extra shine.
“She can’t be talking about me. I mean….you’d have to be doing something for somebody to ride your coat tail right?” Porsha questioned. “You’ve got to be on the way to progression and being successful for somebody to ride your coat tail. I thought. Is that not what that means?”
Tamar Braxton Cleans Up the Shade She Threw at Her Sister(s)
Tamar Braxton must’ve realized that when she apologized for comments she made about her sister(s) when it came to talent — feeding into the negativity the digital world brings upon its users.
Initially she took to Twitter to do what she does best — other than sing — throw shade at either Traci and Trina. “Do the Grammy’s have a duet with auto tune category yet? Cause…”
During a recent episode of “Braxton Family Values” Traci pointed out sister Toni had been in the business for 20-plus years and paving the way — leading to some disagreements.
“This little lady right here, my big sis @tonibraxton, is the reason I am here today! She paved the way for all of us to be successful!” Traci posted.
As theJasmineBRAND.com pointed out, Tamar felt the need to apologize to her family and fans for shading one (or two or three) of her sisters on Twitter.
“I want to apologize to my #tamartian friends for my actions on twitter in responding to negative comments! U can believe what u want I ?? & RESPECT my family & FRIENDS and I don’t think for a second that my sister is not TONI ThE BRAxTON I’ve said it on tv, radio to twitter thugs For YEARS!!” she said.
She added, “however, I will NEVER give my hard work, time away from my son, my relationship with my #tamartianfriends to anyone other than To GOD! And neither should you! Not your mother father sister brother husband baby father aunt uncle or whomever!” she said. “I will remain positive And give my #tamartianfriends the person that they know and NOT fly off the handle and respond to foolishness! Even if it is 100 percent Wrong!!…”
She concluded with, “so with that being said, I NEVER called my sisters B*TCHES or HOES! An HouR later TRiNA and I was at the club popping bottles But people like @iamzoe told my sisters I said that about them!! Who is Still working for them and in their life! Lil’ Kim, Da Brat and Missy Elliott To Reunite At Soul Train Awards With ‘Ladies Night’ Performance
BET and Centric announced today that Lil’ Kim, Da Brat and Missy Elliott will all be reuniting at the Soul Train Music Awards this year for a live performance of their classic ’90s hit, “Not Tonight (Ladies Night Remix).” Missing in action though will be the late Left Eye and Angie Martinez, who exclusively told us she’ll be running the New York Marathon this weekend. [I mean wouldn’t that have been so hype!]
“Ladies Night” was released as a single in 1997 and was featured on the Nothing To Lose soundtrack. The platinum-selling song ended up peaking at number six on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and became Lil’ Kim’s third consecutive number one on the “Hot Rap Songs” chart.
The ladies only performed it together one time — at the ’97 MTV VMAs.
