Jhené Aiko scores into the top 3 on the Billboard 200 charts this week with her debut Souled Out. Christian rapper Lecrae took the top spot earning his first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200.
Anomaly sold 88,000 copies and it marks the Grammy winner’s sixth No. 1 on the Gospel Albums chart and his fifth Christian Albums chart-topper.
Aiko’s Souled Out enters at No. 3 with 70,000 copies. It also opens at No. 1 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and R&B Albums charts. Her 2013 EP Sail Out, which features Kendrick Lamar and Childish Gambino, debuted at No. 8 with first-week sales of 34,000.
Last week’s No. 1, Maroon 5′s V, slips to No. 2 with 80,000, while Jeezy’s Seen It All: The Autobiography drops 2-6 in its second week, selling 33,000.
