Mark your calendars. After several delays, Lil’ Kim’s mixtape finally has an official release date. It seems the Brooklyn rapper loves the name since she decided to borrow the title from her 1996 debut called Hard Core. The project has had it’s delays since it was announced it would first drop on Halloween 2013, the mix tape was announced today that it will drop September 11th.
In the past week, she has dropped remixes to Beyoncé’s“Flawless” and Bobby Shmurda’s “Hot N***a,” and released the Nicki Minaj diss track “Identity Theft.”
Hard Core 2K14 marks the follow-up to Kim’s 2011 mixtape Black Friday.
She also plans to launch a tour to support the mix-tape.
My question is…can you still be “hard-core” if you are someone’s momma? I’m just sayin….
