Wisconsin’s mystique over Indiana continued Saturday in the semifinals of the Big Ten Tournament.
The Badgers made timely shots in the second half, and top-seeded Indiana did not, in a 68-56 loss for the Hoosiers at the United Center.
Ryan Evans had 16 points, Ben Brust had 12 and Sam Dekker and Jared Berggren added 11 apiece for Wisconsin (23-10). The Badgers advanced to the tournament final against the winner of Ohio State-Michigan State.
It was the second time this season Wisconsin defeated Indiana. The Badgers have a 12-game winning streak against the Hoosiers. IU coach Tom Crean is 0-10 in his Indiana career against Wisconsin’s Bo Ryan.
Indiana (27-6) will be in Bloomington for Selection Sunday.
