According to the good folks at the Huffington Post,
A source allegedly close to Jennifer Hudson (a family member) is saying that the wedding is getting delayed because Hudson’s Fiance, David Otunga, won’t sign any prenups. Otunga studied law at Harvard so he understands how all of this works. That must explain why he’s not signing a prenup.
